Evidence-Calibrated Wildfire Decision Engine

NASA FIRMS detects thermal anomalies. SentinelCore decides what they mean locally — composing FIRMS evidence, Open-Meteo forecasts, F-GRADE 3.0, F-CAST V2, land/fuel and regional context, source quality and community feedback into one inspectable decision: a deterministic state machine with prohibited claims, a typed evidence graph, an explicit calibration layer and threshold-derived counterfactuals. Original to this project; not a black-box AI model, and never guaranteed fire prediction.
